Born on July 22, 1991 in the city of Stepanakert.

Education

1998-2008 studied at the secondary school number 1 after Khachatur Abovyan in Stepanakert
2008-2014 studied International relations at the Yerevan State University
2014-2026 studied at the Master’s program in Political Science and International Affairs of the American University of Armenia

Work Experience

2016-2020 worked in the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh as an Assistant to the President of the Parliament
2016-2019 was a lecturer at the Department of History and Political Science of Artsakh State University
From September 2020 to March 2021 worked in the staff of the Human Rights Ombudsman of the Artsakh Republic as Executive Secretary (Chief of Staff).
On March 25, 2021 was elected as Human Rights Ombudsman of the Artsakh Republic by the National Assembly of Artsakh.
