Structure and Staff

Under the law ”On Human Rights Ombudsman” of the Republic of Artsakh, the Ombudsman’s Staff has been structured into two administrative units—the Department and the Secretariat. The Department provides key legal and expert support, while the Secretariat carries out the Ombudsman’s day-to-day activities.

The Ombudsman also has advisers on a pro-bono and voluntary basis.
