You can apply to the Human Rights Ombudsman of the Republic of Artsakh or for different purposes contact the Human Rights Ombudsman's Office by the following ways:

• Visiting Ombudsman's Office. Address: 1 Knunyantsner St., Stepanakert, Artsakh Republic, entrance from Andranik street.

  Working Day:	Monday - Friday
  Working Hours:	09:00 - 18:00
  Public Transportation:	buses N-13 and N-14 stop in front of the Ombudsman's Office on Andranik street

• Applying to the Ombudsman Online with this template.

• Applying to the Ombudsman by mail by sending an application to the abovementioned address.

• Call either the 116 free hotline or the following numbers 047 97-90-46 , 047 97-90-45 .

• By sending an email to Info@artsakhombuds.am

• To find answers to questions regarding the exercise of human rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh and to protect them, you can visit the "Know Your Rights" section of the Frequently Asked Questions page, and for answers to questions about the Ombudsman's powers, guarantees and procedures, sub-section "Know Ombudsman’s functions and activity rules".

  To follow the process of reviewing your application registered at the Ombudsman's Office, you can visit the "Track a complaint" page by entering in the appropriate field  the number which was sent to you.
