Alternative Report of Artsakh NGOs on the "Human Rights Violations by Azerbaijan in the Time of Blockade"

23 non-governmental organizations of Artsakh published a report  which presents valid facts on large-scale and widespread violations of human rights as a result of the ongoing blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan.

Human Rights Defender’s staff, in agreement with the NGOs, sent the report to the international organizations and human rights structures.
