RA Human Rights Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan attends International Day of Missing Persons

On August 30, Human Rights Ombudsman of the Republic of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan participated in an event dedicated to the International Day of the Missing organized by the Stepanakert Office of the Mission of International Committee of Red Cross.

We are pleased and grateful that the ICRC Stepanakert Office is providing consistent attention to the families of the missing, providing them with psychological and material support.

Explaining the fates of missing persons during the Azerbaijani-Artsakh conflict, is one of the most important humanitarian issues. Therefore, the Human Rights Ombudsman is ready, within his capabilities and powers, to support efforts to make progress in this respect.
